Let's Dance - taster classes, youth dance festival and community performances

From Friday 28 February to Sunday 2 March, The Place dance venue in King’s Cross is taking part in Let’s Dance, a nationwide campaign spearheaded by Angela Rippon CBE, to encourage people of all ages to embrace the joy, and experience the health and wellbeing benefits, of dance.

From free taster dance classes in The Place’s studios, to young people from Camden on stage in their theatre, to members of the local community joining professional dancers and dance students for pop-up performances at the O2 Centre, Finchley Road, The Place is bringing the Let’s Dance campaign to Camden and encouraging locals to give dance a try – as participants and audiences.

Let’s Dance is an invitation for everyone to take part in dance.
