Join the British Library, Euston Road, King's Cross, for their free drop-in Family Day on Saturday 21 September - delivered in British Sign Language and spoken English.
Take part in this creative day celebrating being you! Discover what inspires us and makes us unique, as well as champion other people and explore their untold stories. Create, make, sign and touch through fun and play, with activities taking place all over the British Library.
This free event is fully accessible for families with D/deaf children, parents and carers. It is taking place on Saturday 21 September, from 12noon to 4pm. Just drop in - no pre-booking necessary.
Run in partnership with the British Museum, Camden Family Learning and Frank Barnes School for Deaf Children, the day will include accessible and inclusive activities delivered by a range of partners, including local and national organisations for D/deaf children, the Foundling Museum, Jewish Museum London, London Zoo, October Gallery, Origami Society, Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration, Sadler’s Wells, The Postal Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum.
