Apply to be a part of the Camden Youth Dance Festival 2025 - Camden Rise

Camden Youth Dance Festival is an annual celebration of dance by young people across Camden. It's a fantastic chance for young people from schools and community groups across the borough to showcase their talent on a professional stage at renowned contemporary dance venue, The Place, in King’s Cross. You need to apply by 13 December.

The festival will be taking place on Friday 28 February 2025 at The Place, 17 Duke's Road, London WC1H 9PY. Dancers must be aged between 11 and 18 years. Pieces can be up to 7 minutes long, with no more than 25 dancers per group.

Performing for an audience of family and friends on a professional stage is a highlight in the calendar for the participating groups – and it's a wonderful opportunity for young people to share the passion and enthusiasm that they have gained through participating in dance.

One group will also be chosen to perform at the annual Camden Council Celebration Award event in July.
