Camden Youth Dance Festival - apply by 6pm on Monday 11 December - Camden Rise

Applications for the Camden Youth Dance Festival close at 6pm on Monday 11 December.

The festival, hosted by The Place in King's Cross, is an annual celebration of dance by young people across Camden. It’s a fantastic chance for young people from schools and community groups in our local borough to showcase their talent on a professional stage.

Performing for an audience of family and friends on a professional stage is a highlight in the calendar for the participating groups – and it’s a wonderful opportunity for young people to share the passion and enthusiasm that they have gained through participating in dance.

So if you’re interested apply here. Applications close on Monday 11 December at 6pm.

The festival will be taking place at 7pm on Wednesday 28 February 2024 at The Place, 17 Duke's Road, London WC1H 9PY.

Dancers must be aged between 11 and 18. Pieces can be up to 7 minutes long, with no more than 25 dancers per group. If you want more information about the festival, please email [email protected].
