Tuesday (10 October) is World Mental Health Day – a reminder of the importance of prioritising and looking after our mental health as much as our physical health. This year’s theme, ‘Mental health is a universal human right’, promotes the significance of mental health with the aim of helping you to learn how to look after yours and to get help if you are struggling.
