Camden Summer University is back - Camden Rise

Are you aged 13 to 19 and a Camden student or resident? Choose from more than 70 free courses in arts, media, fashion, sport, cookery, work and life skills with Camden Summer University - course bookings go live on 14 June.

Highlights this year include:

• Drama at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama
• Film-making at the London Film School in Covent Garden
• A crash course in art history at the world-famous Courtauld Gallery in central London
• Journalism at the British Library
• Researching inspiring black figures from history with renowned poet and writer Theresa Lola at the British Museum
• Animal care and conservation at ZSL London Zoo
• Bubble tea making with Cuppo Bubbo.

You're eligible for free places on Camden Summer University if:

• you live in Camden
• go to a Camden state school, or
• you attend a Camden Council youth centre.

The programme runs from Monday 24 July to Friday 25 August 2023 at venues across the borough. Courses are live now and will be available to book from Wednesday 14 June. For more information about how to apply, you can download a flyer here.
